Best Western Plus Moncton

I really appreciated having a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker in my room. It was so convenient to be able to store snacks, heat up leftovers, and make my own coffee and toast. It felt like a home away from home! The breakfast staff truly exceeded our expectations. They kept the tables clean and tidy, and were incredibly helpful in finding us a table during the busy morning rush. Their attentive service made our experience even more enjoyable. The pool was noticeably colder than the pools at other Best Western hotels I've stayed at.

The location is not the easiest to go in however, the bed and the rooms were clean...wish the tvs were newer, but for sleeping only this is a good place to go. Oh the beds are comfy

The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful. When I mistakenly booked through Expedia, they told me it was pet friendly but when I arrived that location was Not Pet Friendly... but with the help of the front desk staff they made an exception and we stayed the night... THANK YOU Moncton Best Western! your kindness and hospitality are truly appreciated.

The location is great. Right off the highway so perfect for a nights stay. The rooms were clean, showers were great and the breakfast wasn't bad either. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We did not use the pool but it seems like quite a few folks were enjoying it. Clean clean hotel and helpful staff. What else would you want at such a cheap price. The place went above and beyond the cost.

The staff at best western plus Moncton are fantastic! My daughter left an item of great sentimental value and the staff were so helpful in finding it and keeping it safe for us until I could arrange for it to be couried to our home. Really appreciate them going out of their way, although no one ever made me feel like it was any trouble. Thank you! As for the hotel, it is in a great location and clean. The rooms have all you need.

We had a very pleasant experience this past weekend with our hockey team. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They let the children enjoy themselves with zero complaints, happily let the adults hangout in the lobby every evening, never once complained or acted annoyed by the adults and children being all over the hotel which is very much appreciated. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was great - we really all enjoyed having the latte machine available to us in the breakfast room whenever we wanted throughout the day. They let us rent the meeting room for the children to gather and play. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Basic continental breakfast. Eggs and bacon or sausage. Instant oatmeal and cereal available along with some fruit and yogurt. Coffee and juice. Not all the machines were in working order in the gym. The rooms were comfortable, but the tiles were loose in the bathroom. The citrus scent in their soap and shampoo was pleasant. Many common stores nearby if you need to shop. Staff were pleasant and quick to fix a phone problem and deactivated card keys we had.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel since 2021. It is clean, and they seem to have good luck hiring staff. The people who are at the front desk have been consistently professional and friendly. The beds are comfortable and quiet. You might need to turn the heat up when you arrive. The continental breakfast was hot and still fresh, and we arrived for breakfast nearly at the end. The sausage was very tasty. The coffee was good, too.
